We are looking for a passionate teaching assistant to support KS1 pupils on 1:1 basis with special needs. This is a full time position (8.30 AM -3.30 PM - Monday to Friday) and the SEN school is based out of Leeds, LS2 area.

- Provide personalized one-on-one support, adapting teaching methods to individual learning styles.
- Assist with personal care tasks when needed to ensure student safety and well-being.
- Utilize effective behaviour management techniques and strategies to handle challenging behaviours positively.
- Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
- Foster independent learning skills, social development, and emotional well-being in students.

- Patience, empathy, and understanding to cater to the diverse needs of students.
