**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the Programme Management for PR24, our upcoming regulatory price review. PR24 will set the revenues for water companies as well as the outcomes that they will need to deliver during the period from 2025 to2030.

We recently published our PR24 final methodology setting out our framework to drive companies to deliver value for customers and the environment and to meet four key ambitions for PR24:

- Focusing on the long term;
- Reflecting a clearer understanding of customers and communities;
- Delivering greater environmental and social value; and
- Driving improvements through efficiency and innovation.

The PR24 programme needs effective, proactive programme management to ensure we deliver on these ambitions.

As a Senior Associate working within PR24 programme management, you would:

- provide specialist programme management support to a flagship programme within Ofwat;
- be exposed to fast-paced policy development, and production of key regulatory publications;
- liaise effectively with colleagues both in policy teams and in Corporate teams such as Finance, Procurement, and the People team; and
- play a key role in shaping the development and continuous improvement in Ofwat’s systems and culture, particularly around programme management and corporate planning.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Planning activity and monitoring across the programme;
- Facilitate effective reporting and escalation of risks and issues;
- Ownership of weekly dashboard and reporting;
- Ownership of collating/completing monthly reporting for senior leadership team;
- Attending weekly governance meetings and managing notes/action points;
- Supporting budget and contract management; and
- Supporting management of programme Sharepoint area

**Essential Professional Requirements**:
**Experience, Skills and Knowledge**:

- At least 2 years programme/ project management experience, demonstrating an understanding the principles and frameworks of successful programme management in a policy environment, including identifying risks and implementing solutions.
- Experience of building professional relationships and possession of strong interpersonal skills to achieve successful programme outcomes.
- Ability to analyse complex information and ideas and use multiple sources of information to create meaningful solutions
- Demonstrated capabilities for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement
- Good oral and written communication skills, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
