A1 Pressure Washers Ltd Is looking for an Account Assistant/ Receptionist

Monday-Friday 16 hours - 37.5 (hours Negotiable)

Salary from £10.00 P/hour with an 8 week trial period

**THE ROLE**:

- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Bank and cash Reconciliations
- Assisting with VAT returns
- General office administration/Reception work
- Serving customers
- Year end duties

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Must have Sage Experience
- Accounts Experience (min 1 year)

**Job Types**: Part-time possibly leading to fulltime
Part-time hours: 16-37.5 per week

As a receptionist you will provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to our clients. You will need to be able to work well within a team, sometimes under high pressure.

Main duties would include:

- Answering the telephone, booking appointments and processing requests
- Dealing with clients at the reception desk, taking payments and dealing with enquiries
- Accurately recording client information on our IT system, so good IT skills would be preferable

Work Location: One location
