**School Support Worker - Richmond**

If so, we are recruiting for a School Support Worker to work within a fantastic primary school, local to Rochmond. The role is fulltime from Monday to Friday, 8-4pm. The role will consist of class support, working with small groups and working in a 1:1 capacity supporting a child in Reception with SEN.
**The School**:
- The school is a primary school educating children between 4 and 11 years
- The school has over 350 pupils enrolled
- The aim of the school is to provide a stimulating and fun environment for the kids to learn
- The school prides in being warm and friendly to pupils, parents and the community
**The Role**:
- As a School Support Worker you will need to support students in small groups and in a 1:1 capacity
- Contribute to creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment
- Work across different classes and have a positive attitude towards supporting children with their needs
- Ensure safety for pupils in and out of class as a School Support Worker
- Communicate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised
**Requirements**:
- **Available Immediately**:
- Previous experience supporting children required
- Have a positive attitude and be flexible towards working in different classes throughout the school day
- Willingness to learn what it takes to support SEN children
- Live local to Richmond or within a commutable distance
