The Role of Property Inspector/Inventory Clerk will require you to
- Liasing with tenants, landlords and letting agents to conduct property inventories (move in, move out and a routine inventories during the tenancy) within Northampton
- Compile reports on the condition of the property along with a list of findings
- Take photographs inside and outside properties for reports and advertising
- Take meter readings and test smoke alarms at properties
- Meet tenants/landlords to discuss your findings (if required) and arranging remedial works and/or follow up visits if required.
- deal with general maintenance issues promptly with relation to existing managed portfolio
- Deal with complaints
- Work on your own and manage your time effectively
- Visit and inspect tenanted and vacant properties
- Prepare works orders to appropriate contractors

**Experience. qualifications and desirables**:

- Previous Inventory Clerck experience is preferred
- Possess good customer relation skills
- The ability to prioritise their workload and act competently under pressure
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Excelent problem solving skills
- Can do attitude
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

Full-Time, Permanent Monday to Friday & alternate Saturday's

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- Northampton, Northamptonshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
