**Summary**:
We are looking for a full-time Senior Donor Information Officer to work within our small team on the Opening The Register (OTR) function on a permanent basis. This team manages requests from donors, donor-conceived individuals and their parents for information about donors, siblings and outcomes held on our Register (a secure database of fertility treatment information), in line with the HFE Act.

**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone self-motivated who has good verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer care skills along with experience of handling highly sensitive data. A very high level of attention to detail is essential for this role, as well as good IT skills and experience of manipulating data and using databases. A small but important part of the role involves sensitive phone conversations so either a counselling qualification or training in listening skills and/or a willingness to conduct ‘difficult’ conversations is needed.

Given the high numbers of complex cases you will manage, you will need to demonstrate excellent organisational, time management skills and record keeping skills as well as a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
