Marina Assistant

Marina Developments Ltd is the UK’s leading Marina operator. Situated on the River Hamble. Mercury Yacht Harbour is an extremely busy and popular visitor destination, and we aim to deliver the highest level of service and experience for our members and customers, demanding the very best from our team every day.

We are looking to engage a casual worker to support our team on an ad hoc basis at Mercury Yacht Harbour. This role will be a no-fixed hours casual worker contract. This role may include occasional night shift cover.

Typically, casual work assigned to you will be based at Mercury Yacht Harbour, Hamble. There may also be opportunity to work at one of our other sites within the region.

You will be passionate about providing the best possible levels of customer service and will put the customer’s needs first every time. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, exceeding expectations on a daily basis.

**The prime tasks and responsibilities for this role are**:

- To liaise with customers regarding bookings and associated payments for slipway use, short stay and overnight berthing. To undertake daily inspections to ensure the marina delivers a quality environment for every customer.
- To ensure the highest levels of customer service and experience at all times.
- Deliver operational process and systems in accordance with the quality management systems of the MDL Way.

**Required Experience**:

- Computer literate.
- Ability to swim.

**Desired Experience**:

- Marina operations.
