Key responsibilities will be:

- Administration associated with the entire employee lifecycle - process starters/leavers, changes to terms, maintain accurate data on HR system, recruitment administration, employee benefits etc
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on all employee lifecycle enquiries and administration
- Coordination of the building facilities - ensuring adequate supplies, H&S compliance, arranging repairs and maintenance
- Taking the lead or supporting the arrangement of staff social events
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong IT skills - Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Excellent relationship builder and the ability to work independently
- Be adaptable and flexible with the ability to juggle conflicting priorities
