**Company Overview**:
Secret Linen Store is an online retailer selling bed linen and bedroom accessories brand. Proudly B Corp and founded by 2 sisters. We employ just over 30 employees and our BedQuarters are in Sunny Bognor Regis (where you’ll find Customer Service and our Distribution Centre) and our office (where you’ll find everyone else) is based just outside of Chichester we employ. We take pride in our consistent growth and commitment to quality since our humble beginnings in 2013. Our product offerings span bedding, curtains, towels, accessories, and nightwear, with plans for further expansion in the pipeline.

**The Role**:
Working as our buyer’s admin you’ll be part of the product team and reporting into our Head of Product, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the administration aspects of product development and creation. You’ll manage our critical paths and relationships with suppliers, your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure our products meet the highest standards we set ourselves.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Head of New Things and Assistant Buyer to manage the Critical Path for timely product development and ordering.
- Create detailed product sheets on Adobe Illustrator for new seasonal releases.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external suppliers, ensuring timely sample deliveries.
- Participate in supplier meetings, factory visits, and product development discussions.
- Assist in cost management and margin analysis.
- Aid in preparation for Selection meetings and chase factories for necessary approvals.
- Maintain awareness of seasonal delivery schedules and update Range Plan and Product Boards accordingly.
- Ensure accuracy and relevance of website information and product descriptions.
- Manage sample inventory and assist in seasonal photo shoots.
- Conduct regular competition analysis and stay up to date with what’s trending.
- Collaborate with the quality team and factories to uphold product quality standards.
- Support sustainability goals and facilitate ongoing B Corp initiatives.

**Skills Required**:

- Circa 12 months experience in a buying team.
- Demonstrable skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.
- Keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and adaptable approach to working in a small team environment.
- You must be able to travel abroad to visit our factories (currently in Europe but also potentially anywhere in the world)
