**Our team**: As part of the International Payroll team, you will play an important role in processing International Payrolls as well as participating in different projects. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing and recording of the company’s multi-country payroll, providing timely and accurate payroll information with payroll providers.

**In your role, you will**:

- Ensure the day-to-day payroll operations for all areas covered within International Payroll by delivering the pay accurately, timely, effectively, within all regulatory, labor and tax guidelines to employees internationally.
- Assist, process and record International Payrolls, German Payroll preferred.
- Communicate professionally and regularly with payroll service providers in international locations to ensure timely, accurate processing, and according to local requirements.
- Process and record payroll related transactions in accordance with monthly deadlines.
- Communicate irregularities or issues to Manager of International Payroll.
- Regularly review payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Assist with audit requests and provide reports and other supporting documentation for internal and/or external audit preparation.
- Partner with various groups within the business (HR, IT, Accounting, Tax, Legal) to provide direction on business needs and issues related to payroll (payroll reconciliations, funding, etc.) and ensure the company follows local regulations with respect to payroll.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- You possess a Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar field preferred or equivalent.
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience processing international payroll: European and Asian Pacific is preferred.
- You are fluent in English and German, both verbally and in writing.
- You have a strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skill.
- You possess an excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel and Outlook.
- You possess the ability to provide exceptional client service, exhibit a sense of urgency and strong commitment to quality.
- You have a great deal of initiative and can work with minimum supervision, involving coordination and organization of work methods for the assigned duties.
- You are able to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You must be organized, able to multitask and manage competing priorities while maintaining a professional

and courteous demeanor with all levels of the organization.
- As a team player, you are known for your dynamism, strong interpersonal relations, judgment and organization skills.
- You are known for your integrity, professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
