Puro Accountancy are delighted to be aiding a well-respected accountancy practice in their search for an Audit Senior. Join our clients effective Audit team in Inverness as a Senior Auditor. This role is designed for a qualified professional looking for a challenging position in their rapidly growing office. In Inverness, they serve a diverse client base, ranging from private and commercial businesses to non-profit organizations and charities. As a Senior Auditor, you'll lead various audits, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with tax professionals and clients. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a range of audits.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff.
- Collaborate with tax professionals, partners, and clients.
- Define and assess performance measures, continually seeking improvement and goal achievement.
- Set priorities, delegate responsibilities, and plan work to ensure timely results.
- Foster self-development and support the development of others within the firm.
- Work collaboratively with team members, positively influencing and ensuring team participation to achieve firm goals.
- Think broadly and laterally, considering various options before determining the best solution.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- CA/ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
- Strong performance in professional exams.
- Exposure to diverse clients in general practice or audit.
- Experience in preparing group accounts and auditing groups.
