**About this role**

We are seeking a ‘can-do’ Volunteer Coordinator who will work in a professional yet flexible and person-centred way to build positive relationships with volunteer befrienders and people exiting homelessness.

You will have a collaborative and positive approach to supporting and working alongside colleagues from across the organisation as well as those external to Justlife. You will have experience of recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and an understanding of supporting people with multiple and complex needs.

**Why do we exist?**

Justlife is in existence because we know thousands of people struggle to manage in poor and unsuitable temporary accommodation. We aim to grow our impact and reach, supporting more people in temporary accommodation and to build a movement that brings about lasting positive change.

**Why work for us?**

Here at Justlife, we're committed to equality, diversity and inclusion. We want to be an organisation that's representative of the communities we serve, which is why we strive for diversity of age, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity and perspective.
