Pearson Anderson are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Therapeutic Practitioners on behalf of our client to join their team in South Liverpool. Our communities provide education and support to young people, and we use the SPARCS methodology to help our young people thrive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing direct care and support to young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties
- Using the SPARCS methodology to help young people develop their social and emotional skills
- Maintaining positive relationships with young people, families, professionals and stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a holistic and therapeutic approach to care
- Participating in regular supervision, training and development opportunities

**Requirements**:

- A recognised professional qualification in therapeutic work with young people is preferable
- Diploma Level 3/4 Children and Young People's Workforce is desirable
- Experience of direct work with young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties is essential
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including waking nights and weekends on a rota basis

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
