As a Product Researcher you specialise in researching and analysing products to identify market trends and customer preferences, and bring these insights into the Product teams to ensure we create the most impactful products. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to determine which products should be brought to market and how they should be designed.

**This is what you will do**:

- Lead user-centric initiatives by identifying problems based on user feedback and research, and propose user-centric solutions.
- Stay up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, best practices in product research and user experience design to inform product development decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of research insights into product roadmaps and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using various methods, translate the insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product improvements, feature enhancement and new product development.
- Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

**Your qualities**:

- Master's degree in business and/or social sciences.
- Significant experience with qualitative and quantitative research.
- Experience working with various research methods and tools such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to achieve collective goals and drive impactful results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Your future department**:
The Group Product team builds software for local lottery needs that integrates with the Group Product Tech ecosystem on the Postcode Lottery Group cloud according to Group Tech standards, process and tools. The department exists of the following disciplines: Product Management, Product Design, Agile specialism, Product research.
