**As a Team Leader within the Planning Team we are looking for a energetic, experienced and inspirational leader who is able to drive delivery of impressive results to our customer through close monitoring of performance, implementing and adapting new ways of working and maximising the customer relationship, someone who has is able to lead and also work as part of the team.**

**Principle duties include co-ordination of the team daily activities, monitoring of team members KPI’s and ensuring the smooth running of the team.** **You will have additional individual objectives/ KPI’s and also offer support and assistance with any ad hoc duties designated by the Head of Workflow and Customer Support**

**You will ensure that your service line is planned and coordinated in the most profitable, professional way using your expertise in planning work activity and Planning KPI’s. You will closely liaise with all other areas of the business, to deliver exceptional service to the customer and to ensure that the engineering team are fully engaged, coordinated and briefed at all times.**
- **A minimum a Management/TL/Supervisor recognised qualification or willing to work towards the required qualification and relevant experience of managing a team.**:

- **Experience of scheduling a PPM and reactive workforce utilising Logistic planning software systems and a good understanding of planning process requirements and revenue targets.**:

- **A pro-active approach with practiced influencing skills to ensure their team deliver the best service possible to our customers.**:

- **Capable of working under pressure, decision making, managing your own workload whilst providing consistent support to your** **team.**

- **Maintain a high standard of customer service and lead by example in hitting own KPI’s and targets**:

- **Delegate work duties to team and maximise all available resources**:

- **Ad hoc duties as designated by the Head of Customer Support & Workflow**:

- **Co-ordinate the service line team of Planners**:

- **Co-ordinate National contract service delivery within the service line and ensure all reactive works are attend and completed within SLA.**:

- **Ensure that all work schedules are planned and completed in accordance with contractual requirements**:

- **To ensure that all works are planned to achieve profitability and client satisfaction at all times**:

- **To ensure that your allocated order book is managed in accordance with department KPI’s**:

- **To ensure all business systems are kept fully updated at all times**:

- **To complete all paperwork/electronic information accurately**:

- **Excellent client liaison and customer relation management**:

- **Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.**

**_Role objectives:_**
- **Responsible for direct team line management**:

- **Ensure co-ordination of customer visits between service lines where possible - 1 visit per site.**:

- **Co-ordinate Pro-active scheduling to ensure order book does not fall into the overdue category where within your control.**:

- **Ensure all customers are contacted and dates are scheduled within compliance month where within your control and Systems are updated at all times.**:

- **All works requiring a return visit are actioned and completed within SLA (2 weeks) where within your control utilising weekly reason code reporting - ensuring WIP is kept at a minimum.**:

- **Ensure engineer work is proactively planned where feasible 2 weeks in advance (80% benchmark to allow workforce flexibility).**:

- **Ensure PPM work is planned and diary dates fixed up to 3 months in advance (where visibility is available) service line dependant.**:

- **To achieve employee engagement through clear employee induction of new starters and mapping of personal development plans for all members of the team**:

- **Monitor issued work values/test count to ensure engineers are able to achieve daily KPI as a minimum.**:

- **Reactive - Ensure call outs and rectification works are competed within SLA.**:

- **OOH rota is is maintained and communicated to our OOH call service.**:

- **Ensure weekend work target is achieved where engineer capacity and order book is available.**:

- **Coach/mentor team**:

- **Annual leave/sickness cover - Planning.**:

- **Maintain constant communication with Regional supervisors/Service Line Ops managers**:

- **Attend customer update calls where and when required**:
