They specialize in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, known for their innovation, technical expertise, and customer-focused approach.

The Role

This position involves managing costs and ensuring the financial success of various M&E projects. Key responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities; conducting risk, value management, and cost control activities; managing contracts; working closely with project management and engineering teams; and providing regular financial progress reports and forecasts.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the M&E sector
  • Strong understanding of building services, mechanical, and electrical systems, and cost control principles
  • Experience managing contracts and working with NEC or JCT forms of contract
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
