We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity for growth and development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the office operations
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in managing office supplies inventory
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
