The Customer Service Coordinator is a fixed-term position. The role may have the opportunity to become permanent at the end of the FTC period, depending on availability within the department.

Salary dependant on experience, plus a 8.33% performance related annual bonus.

60% office based in South Ruislip, HA4, UK.

**Full training will be provided - no previous experience with the industry is required**

**The Role**
The Customer Service Coordinator provides the highest standard of service to our private moving customers by managing the relocation of their household goods. You will liaise with both internal and external parties to coordinate household goods moves and ensure our client's personal belongings reach their destination on time and to the highest standard.

**What you will do**:
You will be responsible for both Inbound and Outbound moves from the UK supporting and liaising with customers directly on their specific needs and requirements. Excellent feedback from Customers and other Crown offices will be a key measurable in this role to determine success.

The main responsibilities of a Customer Service Coordinator are:

- Interact with customers, service partners and agents to communicate and supply relevant information regarding the move
- Maximise and up-sell of insurance
- Liaise internally with other parts of the Crown organisation to ensure a successful move
- Understand and support the resolution of any relocation issues arising for the customer
- Build rapport to better understand the clients requirements
- Updating relevant systems to ensure all information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed relating to the move including invoicing and job costing
- Adhere to the companies reply within 24 hours policy on all communications

**Skill and Experience**
Essential:

- Experience in Customer Service or sales background
- Strong Administrative and organisational skills
- MS Office skills; Outlook, Word and Excel
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Good interpersonal skills - able to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- An awareness of cultural sensitivity
- Good commercial awareness and critical thinker

Desirable:
Experience as a Move Coordinator/ Move Manager/ Relocations Consultant/ Mobility Advisor / Mobility Administrator / Relocations Adminsitrator

And/or
- Experience within the household goods, relocations or logistics industry
