Salary dependant on experience, plus a 8.33% Targeted annual bonus,

100% office based in South Ruislip, HA4, UK.

**The Role**
The Move Coordinator provides the highest standard of service to our private moving customers in managing the relocation of their household goods, ensuring a positive perception of the company and its services, and securing good feedback. You will liaise withboth internal and external parties to coordinate household goods moves and ensure clients personal belongings reach their destination on time and to the highest standard.

**What you will do**:
You will be responsible for both Inbound and Outbound moves from the UK supporting and liaising with customers directly on their specific needs and requirements. Excellent feedback from Customers and other Crown offices will be a key measurable in this roleto determine success.

The main responsibilities of a Move Coordinator are:

- Interact with customers, service partners and agents to communicate and supply relevant information regarding the move
- Maximise and upsell of all sales/insurance opportunities available to the customer
- Liaise internally with other parts of the Crown organisation to ensure a successful move
- Understand and support the resolution of any relocation issues arising for the customer
- Build rapport to better understand the clients requirements
- Updating relevant systems to ensure all information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed relating to the move including invoicing and job costing
- Adhere to the companies 'reply within 24 hours’ policy on all communications

**Skill and Experience**
Essential:

- Experience in Customer Service or sales background
- Strong Administrative and organisational skills
- MS Office skills; Outlook, Word and Excel
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Good interpersonal skills - able to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- An awareness of cultural sensitivity
- Good commercial awareness and critical thinker

Desirable:

- Experience as a Relocations consultant or Move Manager/ Coordinator

And/or
- Experience within the household goods, relocations or logistics industry
