Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

Location: Rugby

Type: Contract - 6 Months

**Salary**: Circa £30 P/H DOE

As a Naval Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring a wide range of materials, equipment, and services required for naval operations. Your expertise in procurement, negotiation, and supply chain management will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to support our naval operations.

As a Naval Buyer you will be responsible for the below:

- Procurement Planning: Collaborate with the naval operations team to identify procurement needs, develop procurement plans, and establish appropriate timelines to ensure the availability of materials and services as per operational requirements.
- Supplier Selection and Management: Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and select reliable vendors to fulfill procurement needs. Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost requirements.

As Naval Buyer it is essential you have the below
- Experience within the defence or power industry related products.
- Management of high value bespoke manufactured components, including assemblies.
