**Senior Sales and Event Planner
- Hampshire**
£30,000 plus KPI Bonus

As a Senior Sales and Event Planner. Your duties will include:
- Taking the lead in coordinating all aspects of conference and event bookings for the venue
- Responsibility for converting and maximizing sales revenue from weddings and social occasions
- Supporting the central sales team and BDM with conversion of events by conducting quality showrounds and providing accurate venue and event details
- Coordination of all events from start to finish to include invoicing and post event feedback
- Implementation of an effective upselling strategy on all events
- Accurate production and distribution of event orders
- Management of Event Planner and liaison with operations team
- Have knowledge and experience of working within sales and event planning
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills

- Be flexible in regard to working hours (although it is predominantly Mon-Fri)
