We are looking for an excellent **Sales & Events Ops Coordinator** to join our friendly family-owned Hotel. Working alongside an exceptional Sales Manager, you will be joining an incredible team who are passionate about Events of every kind and hospitality service.

We always seek to provide the highest standards of service and customer care and locally we have an excellent reputation through food, hospitality, weddings, christenings, functions, and employment standards. This is an exciting time to join our team.
- 2-3 years’ experience working as a sales coordinator within the leisure, hotel or venue sector
- Experience with producing contracts, sales presentations and presenting to clients
- Extensive experience in all aspects of customer relationship management-including planning & delivering events
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive sales and increase revenue for the hotel
- Impeccable presentation, articulate and driven to exceed targets
- Knowledge of Rezlynx would be a benefit although not essential as full training would be given
- Knowledge of food & beverage service standards at 2 - 3 rosettes minimum would be preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience within the Events industry
- Display clear abilities to help set, lead and manage the overall standards of our events side of the business
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails and the local area is very desirable
- You will report to the Hotel Ops Manager & Sales & Revenue Manager as your week will be split between operational events and working in the Sales office
- You will work on a rota basis which may include weekends & evenings (5 days from 7)
- Smart appearance is essential
- A rate of pay between £27,000.00- £29,000.00 per annum depending on experience
