Our beautiful sites, including Durdle Door Holiday Park and our various unique accommodations across the wider estate are immensely popular with a wide range of holiday makers and owners, all of whom share a love of this idyllic, unspoilt coastline and countryside. Our housekeeping team play a vital role in our day to day operations.

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Housekeeping Coordinator with excellent attention to detail; to ensure that the laundry and housekeeping departments are run effectively and efficiently, with service delivered to the highest of standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily activities, managing schedules, and maintaining communication between the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure that all guest accommodation and public areas are impeccably clean and well-maintained.

The successful applicant will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, often handling multiple tasks at a time.

Accurate administration is a large part of this role, therefore applicants must have strong administration skills including computer literacy and a good working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite.

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a housekeeping team is essential, as is a good knowledge of the health and safety regulations related to housekeeping.

Duties will include:

- Managing and leading the housekeeping staff, coordinating daily activities and assigning tasks to staff
- Maintaining accurate records of accommodation statuses and updates
- Preparing caravan and cottage inventories and welcome packs maintaining stock levels of essential items
- Conducting inspections to ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the Estate’s excellent standards as well as ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Communicating effectively with the reception desk, maintenance team and other departments to ensure guest requests and issues are addressed promptly
- Monitoring the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed and ensuring budgets are adhered to
- Handling guest complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Proactively supporting the training and development of all Housekeeping team members including the delivery of a high quality induction for new starters, scheduling training courses and carrying out performance evaluations
- Supervising and assisting with winterising the caravans at the end of the season, unpacking and preparing the caravans at the commencement of the new season

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
