Luxury Front of House Director

We are seeking a seasoned Front of House Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations in luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Excellence:
- Lead a team of Front of House staff, promoting outstanding service and seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Front Office Operations:
- Oversee the Front Desk, Concierge, and Reservations, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to optimize room availability and pricing, aligning with market trends.
- Housekeeping Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Housekeeping department to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular room inspections and assist with quality checks to maintain exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Team Leadership & Training:
- Lead, train, and develop Front of House staff to deliver exceptional service and adhere to hotel policies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set team goals, and foster a positive work environment.
- Operational Efficiency & Coordination:
- Oversee check-in, check-out, and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in guest transactions.
- Closely coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Financial Responsibility:
- Manage the Front Office budget, controlling expenses in line with the hotel's financial goals.
- Prepare regular reports on Front Office performance and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Front Office or Front of House management, preferably in luxury hotels.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is desirable.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in Property Management Systems.
