We are excited to be supporting a fantastic business not far from Chester, and they are seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is incredibly varied, and is a great blend of relationshipbuilding, data analysis, strategic partnering as well as continually driving revenue opportunities.

**Location**:Hybrid working typically split between home and office - near Chester

**Salary**:Up to £40k per annum

**Hours**:Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week, flexitime

- You will be communicating daily with your clients, supporting them with their business and offering advice and guidance.
- You will be able to collate, analyse and interpret data and feed this back to your clients in a clear way.
- Managing multiple customers, you'll ensure they all receive exceptional service throughout their journey with you.
- Ensuring you handle any objections, or queries in a professional and understanding manner, aiming to resolve any issues with your clients.
- Offering other services and products which may be beneficial for your clients.
- Building exceptional relationships with your clients, understanding their business and what value you can add
- Proactive management of their account
- Pulling together reports and sharing with your client and wider team

**Experience required**:

- We'd like you to have a steady career history to date, able to demonstrate where you have added value in your previous roles.***:

- Strong customer management experience, preferably in a business to business environment.
- Ideally coming from a digital / SAAS / Software type background but not essential
- Confident in using various software packages, strong on excel and powerpoint.
- Able to communicate effectively and naturally strive for a service that is second to none.
- Analytical skills and enjoys looking at data
- A commercial mindset able to identify future opportunities.
