Sabio Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a close-knit team supplying site consumables based in Wimborne, Dorset. As part of a larger group of companies with depots across the South-East of England you will be supporting both customers both locally and across the network of branches.

You will ideally have at least 1 year experience within customer service and you should be polite, driven and professional in your approach to work.

**Hours of work**:
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

No weekend working.

**Salary**:
24,000 - 27,000 per annum based on experience.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Dealing with all inbound and outbound calls with high levels of customer service; professionalism and friendliness
- Maintain identified shared inboxes and provide prompt communication and resolution to all customer queries.
- Dealing with all customer enquiries such as:

- Providing quotes - ensuring products are from within the company range and that all prices are aligned to the company pricing structure.
- Updating customers with order information, e.g. delivery times, delays etc ○ Issuing customers account forms.
- Accurately processing sales orders.
- Taking customer payments.
- Resolving customer queries or disputes quickly and efficiently.
- Proactively alert customers to any ongoing promotions or any changes that may affect their experience.
- Manage any repairs/hire process management with the customer base.
- Upsell and link sell products and close all sales opportunities.
- Support branch and sales teams on any call out campaigns
- Supporting the business at customer meetings, trade days, exhibitions and more
- Maintain the CRM system with up-to-date information and log all customer interactions.
- Support the operations team, ensuring that all orders are delivered on time.
- Ad-hoc duties as required by the business.

**You should**:

- Have excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent telephone manner.
- Have strong communication skills, verbal and written at all levels.
- Have strong IT and Digital Skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Including Excel and Outlook)
- Have a high level of attention to detail.
- Have a self-starter attitude.
- Have the ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Be a team player.

**You should have**:

- At least 1 year experience within a customer service role.
- Have previous experience within a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A polite, professional and friendly attitude.
- A willing to learn and expand your knowledge of products and customers’ requirements.
