**Farrow and Ball - HR Advisor - Wimborne**
We are currently looking for a driven individual to join our **People Operations team** in **Wimborne, Dorset** as a **HR Advisor**. We are offering this position on a **part-time basis 30 hours per week**, working on a **hybrid basis - office and home based**.

As the HR Advisor** **you will be **providing an effective global people advisory and support service across all areas of Farrow & Ball, delivering a high-level service and operational advice consistent with Company and legal requirements.**.**
**What we expect from you as a HR Advisor.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service globally, in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, and employee relations taking account of governing policies, employment law, best practice and precedent.
- Support managers with the effective and efficient performance of their employees, identifying and facilitating appropriate interventions through the performance management processes.
- Manage absence related casework including making recommendations, giving advice and support to managers, liaising with Occupational Health, supporting in absence management and long-term absence review meetings with employees and managers.
- Supporting on maternity, paternity and adoption cases ensuring both Managers and employees understand the processes involved and their rights and responsibilities
- Provide an advisory service to employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.
- Conduct exit interviews with exiting employees and conduct follow up actions when applicable based on feedback
- Arrange and/or conduct monthly benefit spotlight sessions so employees have a better understanding of our benefit offering
- In rotation with other People Operations Advisors, produce weekly absence statistics to support Payroll with accurate payments
- Work with the Payroll team to ensure accurate payment to all employees globally.
- Review and update policies, procedures and Employee Handbooks (globally) in line with changes to legislation or working practice
- Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation and provide regular updates to the People Operations team.
- Support on ad hoc projects as and when they become available
**Key Attributes**:
- Previous generalist HR experience gained within a commercial environment
- Good understanding of Employee Relations
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (level 5)
- Excellent IT skills to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
