**This Customer Service Supervisor will have the below responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with the Head of Customer of Service to develop service quality strategies and improvement plans.
- Leading a team of 6 headcount Inspiring the best service and performance
- Managing teams workload, ensuring productivity is at its highest and customer inquiries are resolved effectively and efficiently
- Maintaining approachable and visible point of contact for the team to manage customer escalations
- Developing the team through regular performance reviews and coaching
- Assisting with Recruitment and training of new member shaping the team further
- Keeping up to date with company trends and knowledge to pass forward onto the team and provide accurate information to customers.

**The ideal Customer Service Supervisor will have the below skillset for this vacancy**:

- Proven history in a position of leadership in a customer environment.
- Strong and charismatic communicator within a team and 1-1
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
- Concise understanding of prioritisation of work alongside multitasking duties.
- Experience working on CRM Database and software.
- Passionate and problem-solving mindset to strive for perfection.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year
