SENse Learning are recruiting for a Student Admissions Coordinator to join our passionate and growing team.

This is a really exciting time to join SENse Learning on our mission to ensure no child is left behind by providing high quality, bespoke and creative learning plans to students with special educational needs who are out of school or struggling to attend.

This is a new role to the team and one that is varied, with travel out of the office to meet with potential students and their families, working on large timetables and matching the right team to the right student, as well as database management.

You may be liaising with Local Authorities, working with Finance on costings, juggling large timetables, going out to meet with parents and students, meeting with Senior Leadership or managing our large student referral database.

**Student Onboarding Process**:

- Provide efficient, professional and compassionate advice to prospective parents and carers about the provision via written and verbal communication
- Overall responsibility for our referral process
- To liaise with external agencies when needed
- Communicating key information regarding start dates with the Local Authorities and on roll schools
- Ensure the provision of an effective and efficient admissions service
- Assisting with the transfer and receipt of student files and documentation in line with statutory procedures
- Completing Welcome Booklets and timetables for all students
- Assisting in the matching of Associate teams to students

**Home Visits**:

- Contacting parents/carers to book home visit assessments
- Responding to Local Authorities and on roll schools
- Completing assessment paperwork
- Understand the EHCP paperwork and make initial assessment of paperwork
- Carrying out home visit assessments
- Writing up home visit assessment paperwork

**Database Management**:

- Liaising with the Finance Department for invoicing purposes and student budgets
- Database management - enter and regularly update data accurately and within appropriate timescales
- Maintain waiting lists
- Deliver a high quality service to all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records
- Administration of all admissions into the provision
- Manage information confidentially and sensitively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
