**Job Title**:Senior Telephone Relationship Partner

**Location**:Lakeside, Cheadle

**Salary**:Up to £30,000 Basic

**Hours**:Mon-Fri (9:00 am-17:30 pm)

**The Role**:
The Senior Telephone Relationship Partner will build strong relationships with intermediaries to drive performance and work with account managers to design and deliver strategic account plans to ensure that KPIs are met.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Present a professional imagine of the company to deliver positive broker experience throughout the Broker journey.
- Provide exceptional service and support to a panel of existing financial intermediaries in order to increase business and achieve KPIs.
- Manage any queries or issues from brokers so that a positive outcome is achieved and business levels are maximised.
- Work closely with the Account Manager to help and support them to achieve business KPI’s.
- Work with key stakeholders to input into and develop account contact strategies to ensure distribution goals are achieved in line with the group strategy.
- Manage new/existing relationships, promoting company’s products and services, to immerse themselves fully in the policies, procedures and the culture of Together to enable a high level representation of the company at all levels with our intermediary partners.
- Identify opportunities / prospect potential new financial intermediaries to be on-boarded with Together.
- Define and deliver monthly telephone contact strategies to intermediaries, making proactive calls to identify opportunities for growth and present our products and service offerings.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of the group’s product criteria and underwriting procedures to support intermediary queries.
- Provide support to all accounts including education and knowledge of the company’s products, services and procedures.
- Maintain a broad awareness of competitor activities and the lending industry to recognise and optimise new opportunities.
- Implement and deliver feedback sessions with account managers ensuring that they are kept regularly updated on
- intermediary feedback, performance and SLAs.
- Work as part of a team providing guidance and support to colleagues in order to optimise productivity and efficiency from business generation through to completion.
- To constantly strive to improve the financial intermediaries /customer experience by challenging existing processes and practices and recommending change where appropriate.
- To manage assigned mailboxes ensuring agreed service level agreements are met and intermediaries receive exceptional service.
- To accurately record all activity in CRM in a timely manner.
- Sales experience within financial services
