Healthcare Support Worker

**The Role**:
The Healthcare Support Worker will work as part of the multi-disciplinary Health Visitor team to support initiatives in the community, taking a holistic approach to promoting general health and well being under the guidance of Registered Nurses. You will provide clinical and clerical support in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

**What we'll need you to bring**:
- SVQ3 in Healthcare or working towards or equivalent working in the role.
- Ability to work with people and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Effective written, verbal and electronic communication skills.
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficient IT skills which including a working of Microsoft packages.
**It would be great if you also have**:
- full UK/EU/EEA licence.

32 hours
Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based in Health Visiting Team within Rutherglen Primary Care Centre
The working pattern for this role will be Monday to Friday
