**Job Description: Support Worker**

- _Salary: £10.70 per Hour_

**Job Opportunity: Care Assistant - Full-Time/Part-Time**:

- Note: We are unable to provide sponsorship at this time._

**Job Purpose**:
Join our dedicated team to provide personalized care for service users, enhancing their quality of life based on individual needs.

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Qualifications**:

- Preferred experience in the Care Sector
- NVQ Level 2 desirable
- Genuine interest in caring for the service user group

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized care that meets individual needs
- Assist residents with daily care needs, promoting independence
- Read and follow Care Plans for continuity of care
- Maintain documentation, including food/fluid intake, changing positions, and daily notes
- Respect and uphold individual confidentiality rights
- Awareness of Deprivation of Liberty (DoLs) and Adults with capacity
- Undertake various care tasks within the Care Team

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Observe Health and Safety policies
- Report home incidents
- Complete required e-learning, mandatory training, and additional training as needed
- Answer call bells and provide assistance
- Be a valued member of the Key worker scheme
- Promote and market the home
- Attend meetings as required

**Job Types**:

- Part-time hours: 11-44 per week
