**Job Overview**:
As a Field Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding a network of cooperative drop points across a defined geographical area. Your mission will be to optimize recovery rates while minimizing losses by proactively guiding drop points to adhere to our client's asset return requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Drop Point Management**:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with drop points, leveraging goodwill to encourage efficient asset collection and recovery.

**Core Activities**:

- Strategically schedule visits to drop points based on risk assessments, audits, and action plans.
- Conduct regular visits to assigned drop points, adapting collection strategies, and verifying quantities.
- Review and update database details as needed.
- Investigate and resolve issues leading to underperforming drop points losing pallets, finding optimal solutions.
- Identify and address instances of unauthorized asset use in alignment with client guidelines, contributing to ongoing pallet recovery improvement.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to spot business development prospects with retailers.

**Inventory Management**:
Perform required inventories as directed.

**Core Activities**:

- Plan and execute inventories according to plans provided by internal client contacts.
- Participate in customer inventories at their drop points when required (limited to specific countries).

**Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to drive process improvements and embrace innovation.
- 3 years’ experience in Logistics and retail is good to have.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building alliances and partnerships.
- Strong communication skills, including effective argumentation and active listening.
- Ability to think independently, even in uncharted territory.
- Proficiency in organizing tasks and collaborating within a team.
- Office 365
