**Tasks required by this job include**:

- provides information to customers on products and prices;
- fields telephone enquiries from prospective customers on behalf of the sales team;
- prepares sales invoices and maintains records and accounts of sales activity;
- handles customer complaints or forwards them to relevant member of sales team;
- carries out general clerical duties

- Proven ability to process large amounts of data accurately and efficiently.
- Exceptional managerial expertise and skills with the resilience to stay calm and professional with customers.
- The ability to prioritise and work under pressure and to deadlines.
- An effective collaborator with an appreciation of teamwork and a can-do attitude.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel.
