Pertemps are working with our client based in Burton-on-Trent who are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a on-going temporary basis.
The right candiate will be a capable, strong administrator who can deal with customers on the phone within a busy role.
Being dierectly responsible to the Sales Support Team Leader you will be resposible for the sale of the clients range of products & to give technical & sales support to distributors, merchants, OEM's, end users & the Companys Sales Managers.
You will also need to be aware of & understand the UK & Group organisation & their relevant cultures, to understand & be able to present the Company's Mission & Vision statements & be able to present an overview of its strategic objectives.
The client is looking for a capable, strong administrator who can deal with customers on the phone within a busy role.
Key Responsiblilities, Tasks & Activities as a Sales Support Administrator To have competent knowlegde of Navision/SAP, Word & Excel To have a basic understanding of the company products Delivering excellent customer service Provide technical support to end users Processing sales orders Processing of sales returns and customer credits Ad hoc administration duties Hours of work are: Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 Fri – 08:00 – 16:30 Interested in this opportunity as a Sales Support Administrator?
