**Job description**:
Exciting opportunity for experienced receptionists from professional settings

Receptionist duties:

- Welcome visitors and clients professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service in handling telephone queries and welcoming clients and visitors.
- Maintain a clean and professional environment in reception and client meeting areas.
- Manage room bookings, liaising with hosts for presentation details.
- Adhere to security procedures for visitors and clients, recording and tracking access passes.
- Handle complaints or queries calmly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Set up conference room equipment, including laptops, screens, and projectors.
- Book client transportation.
- A good work ethic ad proactive attitude.
- Great organisation and planning skills.
- Proven record providing customer service in a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Great communication and comfortable taking phone calls.
- Understanding of IT and audio-visual equipment with the ability to troubleshoot issues is advantageous.
