**The role of The Recruitment Compliance Administrator includes**:
Recruitment Operations

Taking over branch pending list and following on any outstanding documents/compliance.

Completing branch telephone interviews, making hiring decisions and delivering outcomes.

Employer Brand

Work closely with the CRS Leadership team and branch staff to ensure that the recruitment brand is competing effectively within the healthcare market.

Reporting & KPIs

Ensuring the Eclipse system is up to date at all times.

Developing a relationship with branch staff and area managers to feedback current pending list status.

To support the CRS Leadership team with all aspects of data collection and reporting capability.

To work with the team leader to ensure that all individual and team performance objectives are met.

Compliance

Ensure consistent good practice throughout the recruitment process and ensure compliance and consistency is applied with appropriate legislation.

With guidance from the Quality Assurance team, proactively work to understand relevant employment legislation and how it's applied when hiring talent into Nurseplus

Ensure right to work checks and reference checks are kept to a high standard.

General

Build collaborative working relationships with Operations Directors, Area Managers and Branch Managers.

Successfully complete any necessary training or re-training to fulfil the requirements of the role.

Actively demonstrate Nurseplus values in all aspects of the role.

Undertake other duties that Nurseplus may, from time to time, reasonably require, commensurate with the position.

To observe Nurseplus confidentiality protocols at all times.

A friendly and warming personality

Experience within a similar recruitment role is preferred but not essential

Strong customer service skills
