**Job Overview**:
Working as part of a global datacentre team supporting Arm datacentre infrastructure and services. Providing support to existing systems and future project build outs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a good understanding and adhere to, Arm Enterprise IT processes including working on ServiceNow tickets assigned to the team
- Working with 3rd Party (Colocation) datacentre portals
- Assisting with technical teams planning new builds and hardware installations
- Supporting datacentre spot check audits and undertake regular physical rack security cyber audits and other administrative tasks
- Collaborating on Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) Nlyte data validation

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Basic knowledge of IT systems
- Experience in using Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Hands on experience of either Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems
- Have an interest in hardware fault diagnosis, resolution and setup

- Passionate about technology and keen to learn about Data Centres
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills, along with the ability / willingness to learn new technologies
- Eager and able to learn / adapt to new situations quickly
