Based within food manufacturing. This role is best suited to an experienced, you’ll work across a number of business areas. Provide support and guidance to team leaders from a HR perspective.

You’ll need:

- Associate CIPD Membership, working towards CIPD level 3
- At least 2 years’ experience within a HR role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newtownards: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD (preferred)
