**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events, to acquire new customers.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target sectors, industries, and geographic areas for business development.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans and tactics to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective customer organizations.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our renewable energy solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to product delivery.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing customers to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, with a focus on new business development, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.

Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Existing network and industry knowledge within the renewable energy sector will be a significant advantage.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Full driving license and willingness to travel within the North of England as required.
