Talent Acquisition Specialist, Technology
We are looking to employ an Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in London and to work with us on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, Full Time basis.

The Role
Munich Re Specialty Group (MRSG) are currently undergoing period of exciting change and expansion and Talent Acquisition is a core part of their strategic deliverables.
As a member of the growing Talent Acquisition team in UK& Ireland, you will be an integral part of a small, embedded team facing off to MRSG including a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, 2 Specialists and a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
What we are looking for
Someone who can:
- Support Talent Acquisition delivery across Munich Re Specialty Group, as part of the UK&I Regional Talent Acquisition team
- Create and upload compelling external and internal advertisements via Textio and Talent Link ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and promote via LinkedIn as appropriate
- Create, maintain and communicate with talent pools across multiple teams and brands
- Follow documented TA (Talent Acquisition) processes and identify and suggest areas for improvement and harmonization
- Support delivery of MRSG training initiatives and events to support Hiring managers and colleagues, partnering as required with Talent Management and DE&I colleagues
- Collaborate with wider HR teams on Pay and Reward, Talent Management and Development, Onboarding and other Talent Acquisition related activities
- Drive, communicate and engage employees in the Employee Referral program(s)
Regional Collaboration
- Work with UKI TA colleagues regionally to ensure key regional initiatives are implemented and communicated within MRSG, leveraging best practices and approaches
- Attend and contribute to weekly regional TA meetings and offsites
- Travel, as required, to regional offices
Key Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience of recruiting either in Agency, in-house or via an RPO model
- Experience recruiting across multiple brands
- Experience of managing high volumes of vacancies across multiple disciplines
- High level of IT literacy and with advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills, ability to identify inconsistencies, trends and patterns when presenting data
- Strong influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels
- You are comfortable working in an environment of ambiguity and change, with rapidly changing priorities
Desirable
- Experience of working with or in a highly matrixed organisation
- Experience of Textio (or equivalent), LinkedIn marketing or Success Factors would be an advantage
- Experience of working within the Insurance industry considered an advantage
- Otherwise experience of working with or in professional services, consulting, tech or financial services would also be considered
**Qualifications**:
- Educated at degree level would be considered an advantage but not essential-
