Assistant Football Coach

Duties:

- Assist the head football coach in planning and executing practice sessions
- Provide instruction and guidance to players on football techniques, strategies, and game plans
- Help develop players' physical fitness, agility, and coordination through training exercises and drills
- Assist in evaluating players' skills and performance during practices and games
- Support the head coach in managing team discipline and behavior management
- Collaborate with other coaches to develop game strategies and analyze opponents' strengths and weaknesses
- Assist in organizing team events, such as team-building activities or fundraising initiatives

Qualifications:

- Previous experience playing or coaching football at the high school or college level
- Knowledge of football rules, techniques, and strategies
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively work with players, coaches, and parents
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- Understanding of physical education principles and conditioning techniques
- Experience working with students or children in a coaching or mentoring capacity
- Additional experience or certifications in sports such as basketball, judo, karate, cheerleading, climbing, swimming, or childcare is a plus

**Salary**: £6.95-£17.64 per hour

- Sports coaching: 1 year (preferred)
