Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions for 5-13 year olds, to improve player's technical abilities and tactical understanding
- Develop individual player skills through personalised coaching sessions
- Analyse match performances to identify areas for improvement
- Motivate and inspire players to achieve their full potential
- Educate players on the importance of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Organise and oversee team practices, matches, and tournaments
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff members
**Requirements**:
- Enhanced DBS Check (Mandatory - can be done upon joining)
- FA Level 1 in Coaching Football (Optional)
- Strong knowledge of football techniques, strategies, and rules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages
- A passion for developing young talent and instilling a love for the game
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people

Pay: £12.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 - 8 per week
