We're looking for an experienced Administrator to work in the Purchasing Department for our client based a few miles north of Cambridge. You will be assisting the buying team with a variety of administrative duties to help them clear a backlog, initially for around 1 month. You should be available to start at short notice.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Processing data and updating SAP
- Working in a small purchasing team

**Requirements**:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficient keyboard skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and work intuitively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with SAP systems useful
- Previous experience in a purchasing department useful
- Potential to progress into a purchasing role in due course if desired
