We have an exciting opportunity to join our purpose-led team at a critical stage of transformation and help us to shape the future for BSI as an Internal Communications and Engagement Executive on a permanent basis.
You will be a key enabler in developing and delivering an engaging and ‘client-focused’ tactical internal communications framework that supports the delivery of BSI’s strategy, playing a key part in the collaboration with other functions to ensure a credible, creative, and collaborative approach to delivering an engaging experience for our people.
This role is central to enabling the IC&E team in providing first-class communications & engagement skills and capability to our leadership teams to support change within the division and demonstrate the value we can add. Not only will you ensure core duties are carried out seamlessly, but you will also play a proactive part in facilitating the running of campaigns.
Flexibility to travel to either our Milton Keynes or Chiswick offices on a weekly business needs basis is required.
About You
- Experience and knowledge of internal communications current best practice
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with experience of writing and delivering compelling copy on all channels across a global, multi-cultural audience
- Eager to gain exposure to all aspects of a campaign and comfortable with getting involved with their professional opinions
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and project management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Strong organisation and keen attention to detail
- Responsive and effective stakeholder engagement
What we offer
