**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Gathering evidence to support customer and property eligibility
- Organisation of survey and install evidence which is then packaged together for submission to out ECO utility funders.
- Reviewing documents against specific criteria's
- Liaising with and work as part of a team and accept a shared responsibility for colleagues/workloads within team as required.
- Prioritise your workload
- Accurately maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
- Routinely and consistently follow company procedures and compliance requirements.

**What we are looking for in our ideal** **ECO Submissions Administrator**:

- Experience of working in a similar administration role dealing with ECO 4, FLEX etc. (However full training would be given)
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and MS Teams.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Effective organisational and planning skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
- Willing to learn.

**Salary**

Starting salary negotiable dependent on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,391.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
