We are looking for an Administrator to join our Mitie Team to provide administrative support to the Operational Management team.

You will be be responsible for collating and recording various contract submissions, accurately maintaining records and logs and carrying out general admin tasks.

Ideally with an administrative or customer services background, you should have strong IT skills with Microsoft office, have provided a good customer services experience, be able to prioritise, multi-task and be able to work to deadlines.
- To act as first point of contact for all Mitie guests.
- Manage damage process ensuring all documentation is correctly approved and uploaded for onward submission.
- Liaise with school reps as necessary to secure all relevant signed documentation.
- Liaise with Catering provider for meal uptake information and invoice preparation and record accordingly.
- Maintain all trackers or logs deemed necessary to include but not limited to Damage, Variations, financial spend log and lifecycle.
- Accurately maintain all IMS information in line with company guidelines.
- Carry out any general administration and filing tasks required.
- To undertake any other related duties which are within the job holders capability, according to the needs of the business.
