Since 2019 BSPOQ have been supporting clients across the UK implement strategic marketing strategies to help drive growth in their businesses. Due to continued growth our team is looking to recruit a Commercial Lead to take control of the sales and business development function within the business.

**Job Purpose**

As a Commercial Lead you are responsible for customer relationship life cycle management, from relationship initiation to opportunity development, proposal creation, contracting and onboarding where you will coordinate with delivery teams to manage customer satisfaction.

This is a hybrid role, the expectations are that you will be available for weekly in-person meetings in our Aberdeen office.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Build and nurture a network of business contacts
- Identify, qualify, lead and close new business opportunities to achieve assigned financial targets
- Working with a mix of channel partners to establish regular opportunities
- Complete market research and analysis of targeted companies and industry sectors to enable a data driven approach to activity & strategic decisions
- Actively participating in the development of marketing campaigns
- Track sales leads and opportunities to allow for regular reporting to senior management on account and opportunity status
- Define business cases, marketing & technology solutions, proposals and propositions to solve customer problems consistent with team capabilities and strategy
- Commercial management of customer contracts, statements of work and financial models
- Representing and enhancing Bspoq's reputation in the market through active participation and contribution to the broader business community

- You are a highly effective oral and written communicator at all levels across both internal and external stakeholders
- Can productively collaborate and team with others to achieve goals and deadlines
- Demonstrate high energy & integrity in their approach to sales and client relationship management
- Have entrepreneurial or start up experience

**Our Offering**:

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
