Our client is a **market-leading estate agency famous for setting the standard in property.** **They do this by **hiring brilliant people** to help their customers find their dream home or unlock the true value of their property investment.

As the **Lettings Support Consultant, **you will work alongside the lettings teams across the business to** ensure that each tenancy starts on a positive footing** and that landlords are able to effectively manage their properties. This will involve** arranging pre-tenancy works,** facilitating rent collection, and offering professional advice in relation to financial, rental, and legal matters. The Lettings Support Team** also assist with the end of a tenancy, **including the service of legal notices, and arranging end of tenancy works such as professional cleans and deposit returns.

**No previous experience in the property industry is required,** **as full training and ongoing development will be provided. All they ask is that you come with the **willingness to learn and the desire to do the job well. **Prior experience in a professional customer service environment or administration role is desirable but not essential.

**Personal specification**:

- At least 1 years’ experience within property administration would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

- Highly organised.

The **salary** for this role will be in the region of **£22,000 to £28,000** dependent on the level of experience.
