**Client Details**
My client are a thriving, national business looking to expand their current Credit Control function. You would be joining a friendly, welcoming team on an interim basis helping them support their busy Credit Control function. With some exciting businesschanges recently this is one to watch
**Description**
- Proactively speaking to and engaging with customers on a daily basis via telephone
- Working to strict KPI's to drive performance and increase bonus related targets
- Building lasting relationships with customers on a B2B basis to encourage repeat business
- Producing debtor reports daily
- Dealing and resolving customer and client queries
- Liaising with relevant external bodies professionally where required
- Chasing outstanding debts
- Working within internal processes to pass of outstanding debtor accounts to relevant internal teams
- Working to a high level of customer service at all time
- Supporting with month end and year end account audit processes
- Adhoc support as required by the Finance Manager
- Cash allocations and updating various in-house systems
**Profile**
- A strong can-do attitude and not afraid to pick up the phone, lead from the front and speak to clients
- Have experience dealing with overdue client/customer account management
- Confident conducting difficult conversations
- Outstanding telephone manner & communication skills
- Maintaining an excellent level of customer service while being direct and honest
- Manage a high volume of work
- Experience taking payments over the phone
- Have a high level of customer service and process improvement experience
- Flexible approach to task as well as prioritising workloads
- Experience using Sage/accounting software
- Comfortable extracting data from Excel
